The “Pandemic” That Didn’t Pan Out
In the fall of 2009 the swine flu, or H1N1, a generally benign strain of flu, made its way around the world and the fear mongering began. One month after revising the old definition of pandemic (a pandemic requires “enormous amounts deaths and illnesses”) to a new definition (a pandemic only applies to “new viruses which spread easily between people, and the population has little or no immunity to it”), the World Health Organization (WHO) implemented the new definition and declared swine flu a global “pandemic.”

One day after the WHO declared swine flu a global “pandemic”, pharmaceutical giant Baxter International, Inc. announced it was “fast-tracking” its new swine flu vaccine! Baxter claimed it had patented a new technology that reduced the normal vaccine development time from twenty-six weeks to thirteen. I highly doubt that included time for safety and effectiveness studies. Even more frightening is that our children and military were probably the first guinea pigs in this experiment.
This virus had virologists scratching their heads. Comprehensive analysis of the virus found it contained two viruses-the 1918 H1N1 flu virus, and avian flu virus (bird flu), plus two new H3N2 virus genes-from Eurasia. What is new about this virus is that it has a mixture of DNA from animals, birds, and humans! This doesn’t happen in nature-only in the laboratory-and there had been speculation over whether swine flu is a genetically engineered virus. And if so, was there a malicious reason for creating it?
Since the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, the government has protected vaccine makers against lawsuits from the use of vaccines. Here again the government is shielding vaccine makers and federal officials from any lawsuits resulting from injury or death from this vaccine. NO ONE would have been held liable if this vaccine would have turned out to be a health disaster.
It has been feared that vaccines could be used as deadly biological weapons and as weapons of population control. In 2009, several Czech newspapers began questioning whether Baxter International intentionally sent a lethal mix of flu vaccine and unlabeled H5N1 (the human form of bird flu) to an Austrian research company, which then sent it on to eighteen countries, including the Czech Republic, Slovenia, and Germany. When researchers at a Czech laboratory injected ferrets with the vaccine, and they all abruptly died was the contamination discovered. A worldwide disaster was avoided.
Newspaper reporters investigated whether the contamination was part of an attempt to start a pandemic (from which the pharmaceutical companies would reap profits). Baxter refused to reveal how the “accident” occurred, claiming “trade secrets” and calling the event a “mistake” and claimed “human error.” In this case, Baxter International operated on BSL3 (Biosafety Level 3), a set of laboratory safety protocols so foolproof that mixing a live virus with vaccine ingredients is virtually impossible. But it happened.
How? Why?
It has happened before. Many scientists are convinced that the 1977 Russian flu outbreak could be traced back to a virus leaked from a laboratory, and in 2006 it was revealed that in the 1980’s Bayer sold millions of dollars worth of a blood clotting medicine to Asian, Latin, and some European countries that they knew had been tainted with the AIDS virus. Another scandal occurred in 2006 when hempophiliac components were contaminated with the HIV virus. They were subsequently injected into tens of thousands of people, including children. According to reports, Baxter continued to release the HIV contaminated vaccine even after the contamination was discovered.
In 2009, an Austrian investigative journalist, Jane Burgermeister, filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations, several government and corporate officials, Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for manufacturing and releasing live bird flu virus, alleging it was a deliberate act to cause and profit from the subsequent pandemic.
Burgermeister claimed to have definitive proof and charged them with bioterrorism and attempts to commit genocide! She pointed out that the strain of flu was a synthetic structural recombinant containing genes from birds, humans, and pigs from different continents! It was a reasonable assumption that it came out of a lab-more specifically a bioweapons lab. The U.S. government did classify both the bird flu and the swine flu vaccines as bioweapons in its own export regulations.
You would’ve thought that a story of such importance would be one of the hottest headline stories of the year, but mainstream media was shockingly silent. The silence is not hard to understand when you realize the media is, in large part, bought and paid for by pharmaceutical industry advertising. The internet is what is keeping this story, and stories like this, alive and in the public eye.
The most pressing matter facing us now is the threatening possibility of universal forced (mandatory) vaccinations. At the moment there are enough legal provisions in place to make a mandated vaccination program a shocking reality-starting with our most vulnerable citizens, the very young and the very old.
Levels and numbers have nothing to do with how virulent a pathogen is. It is merely a reflection of how fast it is spreading. If a “pandemic emergency” is declared, federal, state, and local officials are in position for action, with drastic policies we would have never thought possible, ready to be implemented.
In the event that WHO declares a “pandemic emergency,” the United States Emergency Medical Powers Act and Federal legislation provide for mandatory vaccinations for all citizens. No religious, philosophical or medical exemptions will be allowed. It is hard to believe, but those who refuse Swine flu and regular flu vaccinations (called “vaccine refusers” or “vaccine resisters”) could be fined, jailed, or moved (“involuntary transportation”, aka kidnapping) into quarantined FEMA camps! Certain agencies will even be given the authority to use deadly force to ensure compliance if necessary. We can take action by calling, emailing, faxing or writing our president, senators and congressmen. We can also pray that Americans will never tolerate such a basic seizing of our most basic rights, and this worst case scenario will never be implemented.
Swine flu was over-hyped by WHO and health agencies around the world, and in the process had been blown out of all proportion to the actual threat it carried. It seemed the vaccine proved more deadly than the virus itself. Even WHO admitted they jumped the gun, as the “epidemic” proved very mild. As a result, many governments had been left holding the bag with millions of dollars of stockpiled vaccines that were therefore useless. In the United States alone, a whopping 40 million doses worth over $260 million expired and were burned.
Flu vaccines in general have neither cut the death rate from flu, nor have they reduced hospitalization rates. They appear simply to enrich the funds of Big Pharma and make us more vulnerable to disease.
As of today the flu vaccine is still voluntary. Unfortunately a few states have tried to mandate that health care workers be vaccinated or face termination. According to a report in Time Magazine, this mandate would have covered not only health care workers, doctors and nurses, but also would have been expanded to include housekeeping staff and food service personnel.
If we don’t protect our rights now, we may be in trouble in the future, just like Dominic Johansson in Sweden. On June 25, 2009, Swedish police forcibly took the seven year old from his parents and placed him in foster care. There was no warrant, no laws were broken, there were no charges made, and there was no evidence of Dominic’s being harmed or abused.
His crime?
He was being home schooled (legally) and his parents had declined vaccinations.
Swedish authorities did not believe homeschooling or declining vaccinations were acceptable ways to bring up a child, insisting the government could do a better job.
Since when?
The Swedish government, displayed a horrific abuse of power by exercising its authority under the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child, or UNCRC.
Dominic is allowed to see his parents one hour every five weeks, and the traumatized family is desperately fighting to be reunited and correct this outrageous injustice. The Swedish Parliament is reviewing what is essentially a ban on homeschooling-and the subsequent right to refuse vaccinations. This could very well happen here. All parents have the right and authority to make decisions concerning their children’s care and education without government interference. You can watch their story here and here.
A movement is now underway to protect our right of refusal. We are fighting for true Informed Consent and the Repeal of the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. Under the Repeal of the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act we would be able to “just say no” to forced (mandatory) vaccinations and voluntarily self-quarantine at home if an emergency is declared-a reasonable and rational option. You can support the proposed Informed Consent and Repeal of the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act by letting your congressional and state representatives know your feelings. Better yet, write to your president. We must retain our right to refuse. HHS has failed to protect our rights. Refuse to be medicated and injected with foreign matter. A few suggested talking points:
1) Preserve your right to refuse.
2) HHS has failed to protect our rights. The focus of public health is more than high vaccination rates and low infection rates of a short list of INFECTIONS. Here is the settlement that Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Del Bigtree made with HHS. HHS has failed to comply.
3) The separation between me and my government MUST be at the level of my skin – I MUST retain my right to refuse being injected with substances that can make me sick and even kill me. I MUST retain my right to refuse being an experiment.
4) Removing my right to refuse is a violation of the Nuremberg Code, here is a copy of the Nuremberg Code you can print off. Ask “Has my representative read this document?”
A growing population of concerned parents, investigators, researchers, reputable scientists, and self-educated people are demanding to be heard on this very troubling subject. They want answers to their questions now, the big ones being:
Are we all being used in a huge public health experiment that has brought about devastating unintended consequences? Are we in fact bearing witness to a tragedy of historical proportions? Are vaccines a modern-day Trojan Horse, camouflaging and delivering lethal fungi and mycotoxins inside the walls of the human body? What is the life cycle of the virus?
Could it be that the seven vials containing the seven last plagues alluded to in Revelation are VACCINE vials, all of which are described as being “full of the wrath of God?”
Urgent action is required. Our futures may depend on the answers to these questions.
