Foods That Will Win The War
Are you ready to take a look at the foods that will win the war? As you will see, nobody is going to starve. Grocery shopping is about to become very simple, quick, and easy!

By now I’m sure you have cleaned out your kitchen cabinets and refrigerator of the wrong foods. Now it’s time to stock up on healing foods that will win the war. You will also be modifying your favorite recipes. Such as, in recipes that call for milk, use coconut or almond milk.
It may seem expensive at first as you look at the prices of alternative milks in comparison to cow’s milk, or organic meats and vegetables, or yeast-free breads and butter. But if you look again at the prices of soft drinks, beer, alcohol, beef, pork, bacon, veal, sugars and sugar-filled cereals, cookies, ice creams, etc., things you won’t be buying ever again, you may be spending less. On top of that, think of the antibiotics and other drugs you won’t have to buy (hopefully ever again). In every way you will come out ahead.
The quality of the food you eat determines the quality of the life you live.
Chicken, Fish, Turkey, and Lamb
Get these organically grown and fresh-not smoked. Smoked food is irritating to your digestive system and can lead to cancer of your stomach and intestine. They also contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and mycotoxins. Seventy percent of conventionally grown broiler chickens in the United States are fed ARSENIC, a carcinogen! Lambs are slaughtered early so there is no need to fatten them up or use steroids, antibiotics or hormones. It is a very clean meat. Eat wild-caught fish only-not farm-raised.
Fresh Vegetables
Organic is best! The more vegetables you eat, the better! Because veggies contain natural fungal inhibitors which keep them from being consumed by the fungi in the soil, they are naturally anti-fungal and anti-cancer. They protect your body from cancer by countering the effects of mycotoxins. They contain vitamins and minerals for healing, and chlorophyll for cleansing. When you eat them, they help inhibit Candida overgrowth in your intestines.
Beans, Potatoes, and Grains
Remember to eliminate them for three months. After that small amounts, because of the high carbohydrate counts and tendency to mold.
Fruits
Eat only one or two a day from the acceptable list after you have eliminated them for three months. Eat them preferably for breakfast. One small glass (4-6 oz.) of raw juicing counts as one serving.
Butter
Be sure to buy hormone-free, organic butter and enjoy! It is made from pure fat and contains only traces of lactose or milk sugar to feed yeast. It is a good natural source of gamma linoleic acid known for its anti-inflammatory properties, and is packed full of vitamin A. It is rich in short and medium chain fatty acids and has strong anti-tumor and anti-cancer properties. It also increases the absorption of many other nutrients found in other foods.
Almond Milk, Hemp Milk, and Coconut Milk
The hemp milks and coconut milks are excellent.
Yeast-Free Breads
They are out there!
Manuka Honey
Manuka honey is the only food on the planet that will not spoil or rot. Never boil or microwave it. Occasional amounts won’t hurt after your first three months of abstaining from sugar.
Beverages
Herb teas are fine. Drink spring water only if you live near the source. Kangen water is safest to keep chlorine and other additives out of your body.
Snacks
Roasted and RealSalted pumpkin seeds, hummus or guacamole make delicious snacks. Almonds are a good high protein, anti-inflammatory food.
Cheeses
After your first three months you may have small amounts of sheep, goat, and feta cheeses. Goat, sheep, and feta cheeses are alkaline producing, whereas cow’s milk cheeses are acid producing.
Oils
Your best oils are (cold pressed, expeller pressed, and extra virgin) olive oil, coconut oil, and flax oil.
Salt
Be sure to use unrefined sea salt only. The stuff from the grocery store is over-processed and most of the natural minerals have been removed. Unrefined sea salt contains over eighty minerals essential to human health. Salt is as important to life as oxygen and water. Salt and water work together to carry out important functions in your body, including stimulating metabolism, assisting in detoxification, and making sure your nerve, hormone, and immune systems are working properly. Many people who have been put on salt-restricted diets have found they can eat sea salt with no elevations in blood pressure.
So as you can see there is plenty to eat. There is no reason for someone who doesn’t need to lose weight to lose weight, and there is every reason for someone who needs to lose weight, to do so.
If you are already underweight, try to eat five or six times a day. Drink almond milk, eat nuts, oils, etc., and you shouldn’t lose weight. In an overweight person, as the body balances and the metabolism wakes up, the pounds drop off naturally.
Remember-it is always cheaper to stay healthy than it is to get sick!
